At Olyusei we train the AI and create the necessary glossaries for the AI to correctly translate and transcribe key vocabulary of the event, such as proper names, products or even instruct it not to translate certain concepts that are used in English, for example, as they would not be understood if translated.

- Our team of project managers will closely monitor your needs and expectations in order to offer the best solution for each specific event or video. Not all projects are the same and at Olyusei we understand the characteristics of each one.
- We coordinate with your on-site sound technician to send us the live audio signal via a video conferencing session, such as Zoom, Teams or any other.
- Our technical team will send you a link with the transcript (subtitles in the original language) or with the subtitles (translated into the desired language) so that you can show them on screen.
- We can also integrate subtitles into our Olyusei app.
- On request, we can send the text with all subtitles in srt format.

Don't worry, we can provide the video with embedded subtitles in as many languages as you need. We will send you one video per language.
If we project the subtitles on screen, attendees will not need to download or install anything. If you prefer to follow the subtitles on your own device, you can do so via our webapp, although we recommend using the Olyusei app.
The more information about the event the better, but we usually ask the client for the names of the people who are going to speak so that the AI makes no mistakes, also if there are names of products, for example, and finally, we focus on the topic of the event, and we assess with the client if there are names, for example, that do not have to be translated (very important!), or specific vocabulary.
