We analysed different options to meet the client’s expectations until we identified the ideal solution: incorporating live streaming to give the webinars the look and feel of a TV programme. The client welcomed the proposal, and we immediately began developing several options so they could select the format that best suited their webinar model. The solution also needed to provide seamless access to simultaneous interpretation.

After several technical tests carried out with the client and his team, we developed the dynamics, graphics and new visual elements that gave the webinars a refreshed and more engaging image. Among other elements, we added a start image with countdown and music, dynamic interaction between the speaker and the moderator combining the image of the speaker with the image of both, banners with logo and title, insertion of videos, transitions and view of the speaker during the presentation.

Flar – Webinar with live performance

The new format was a success and the dynamics of the webinar have been maintained, as the reception by the participants has been exceptional and the impact on the increase in the number of attendees has been extraordinary. Almost all webinars include simultaneous interpretation in English or Spanish, although we also organise those that do not require interpretation in order to provide continuity with the same image and format. All of the client’s webinars are shared on YouTube in Spanish and English, as well as on LinkedIn to maximise audience reach.
