After testing several videoconferencing platforms, the client decided to hold the meeting on Zoom, with the simultaneous interpretation channels integrated directly into the platform. Thanks to our system, relay interpretation was available, ensuring a seamless experience for both participants and interpreters, who worked from home using our virtual booths. To provide additional reassurance and allow the client to focus entirely on the meeting content, we offered two backup solutions: the Olyusei app and an alternative web link.
